Fenstermaker was contracted by Fluor Enterprises to provide engineering and consulting services for multiple projects in support of the Sasol Chemicals (USA), LLC – Lake Charles Chemicals Project (LCCP). Under this contract, Fenstermaker has thus far completed multiple tasks including permit submittals and coordination efforts with local, state, and federal agencies. Fenstermaker’s portion of the $6.4 million project included engineering design and agency coordination for a future haul route for the plant’s mega modules. The scope included utility relocation design, coordination for public services (water, sewer, gas), and conceptual and detailed design of various intersections across the City of Westlake and Calcasieu Parish in support of the traffic impact analysis (TIA).

Fenstermaker provided topographic, boundary, and route surveying services to aid in the coordination with public and state agencies. Fenstermaker also provided mapping for the coordination and acquisition of agreements between Sasol and third party utility companies. This effort included platting for acquisition and dedication of property needed for various construction activities and state agencies, quality control services of construction activities, monument review and location mapping.
