The City of Scott received a resiliency grant from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Disaster Recovery Funds as a result of Hurricanes Gustav and Ike. The resiliency grant calls for planning services to develop a comprehensive master plan, create a zoning code, and carry out the subsequent implementation.

Fenstermaker serves as the prime consultant on this project, and is leading the comprehensive planning effort. Fenstermaker’s responsibilities include public outreach, infrastructure planning, and land use planning, as well as project management. We are working with three sub-consultants on design, the development of the Comprehensive Plan and zoning code, market assessment, economic development, and a legal review of the code.
