Kimberly McDaniel, P.E., PTOE Named Baton Rouge Operations Leader

Raymond Reaux, P.E., Vice President of Engineering for C.H. Fenstermaker & Associates, L.L.C., recently announced the promotion of Kimberly McDaniel, P.E., PTOE, to the position of Baton Rouge Operations Leader. “Mrs. McDaniel brings with her over 16 years of experience in the Engineering industry,” states Reaux. “She is highly proficient in managing projects, budgets and teams. Her many talents and leadership skills are a valuable asset to our company.”

Mrs. McDaniel joined the Fenstermaker team in January 2019 and has exceeded all expectations of her former position as Baton Rouge Engineering Director. Her designation of Professional Transportation Operations Engineer (PTOE) certifies her passion for traffic safety. Mrs. McDaniel’s professional background has given her expertise in the areas of innovative intersection design and operation including roundabouts, R-Cuts, and Michigan U-turns. She also has extensive experience in developing traffic impact studies, crash and traffic impact analyses, safety studies and low-cost safety improvement plans.

In her new role, Mrs. McDaniel will nurture existing and new client relationships, oversee all engineering operations in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas and mentor engineering team members. She will also manage existing and new projects, develop and implement strategic plans for the growth of engineering and other Fenstermaker services in the Greater Baton Rouge Market.
