Kasey Courville, P.E. has joined the Fenstermaker team as a civil engineer. A Louisiana Registered Professional Engineer, Mr. Courville has over 11 years of domestic and international experience in the engineering industry. Mr. Courville earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2007 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Dax Douet, Director in the Engineering Division, stated, “Kasey comes to us with structural engineering experience for a multitude of industrial related projects supporting the oil and gas industry. Mr. Courville will be tasked with enhancing Fenstermaker’s structural engineering services on projects as well as provide civil engineering design on the company’s wide range of engineering projects.”
Mr. Courville’s skills include structural engineering with a focus on blast/explosion resistance design, finite element analysis, and structural fatigue and dynamic analyses. Along with his experience in engineering and project management of oil and natural gas projects, Mr. Courville has over 4 years of experience in sales coordination/management in the construction and building materials industry. His work experience includes civil/structural design engineering, facilities installation, project/personnel management and business development in Louisiana, Texas, West Africa, Australia, and South Korea.
Mr. Courville is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Institute of Steel Construction. He is also a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society and the Chi Epsilon Engineering Honor Society.
