Joey Runner Joins the Fenstermaker Environmental Team

Joey Runner has joined the Fenstermaker team as Manager, Environmental Field Specialist.  Mr. Runner has 12 years of experience in the environmental industry. Mr. Runner earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences in 2003 from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a Certified Professional Wetland Scientist. Fenstermaker’s Senior Environmental Specialist Manager, Nick Gaspard, stated, “We are thrilled to have Joey on board. He is the best delineator I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He also gets along with everyone. Those two qualities within the same person are a rare commodity and we are glad he is now a part of the Fenstermaker team.”

Mr. Runner has extensive experience in wetland delineations, CWA Section 404 permitting, coastal zone management permitting, migratory bird surveys, and environmental site assessments. He also has experience in performing endangered species surveys, wildlife management plans, large-scale wetland and vegetation mapping projects, large-scale linear pipeline projects, and regulatory permitting for oil and gas activities.

He works with many local agencies such as the U.S. Department of the Army Corps of Engineers (COE), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife Service, Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, and Texas Parks and Wildlife.
