It’s with great pleasure that Fenstermaker announces Hannah Link, PHR, SHRM-CP, former HR Manager for the company, as our new Director of Administration.
Hannah began her career with Fenstermaker in 2011 as an HR Generalist performing all administrative HR tasks. Over the years, Hannah’s role expanded and grew into talent acquisition and more. In 2020, Hannah was promoted to HR Manager, overseeing all HR operations, employee relations, culture development, and talent acquisition. In her time as HR Manager, Hannah has spearheaded several initiatives including:
Hannah points to her transition to management as a major milestone in her career, especially as she was actively building her family at the time, saying,
“Becoming a mom of three in the past three years in the midst of becoming a supervisor has been a beautiful whirlwind that I’m very proud of.”
In her new role as Director of Administration, Hannah will continue to oversee all HR operations and talent acquisition. She will also take directorship over Fenstermaker’s safety program and proposals task force under the leadership of newly appointed Chief Administrative Officer, Angelle Guilbeau.

Hannah points to the trust that Fenstermaker placed in her along with the mentorship of her supervisors over the years as major motivators for her to step outside of her comfort zone into positions of leadership where she has taken advantage of opportunities to be an active influence of culture and innovation for the team. She also considers taking on roles beyond Human Resources to be an exciting challenge:
“For the last 15 years of my career, I’ve been exclusively HR. Expanding into different areas is a welcome challenge that I’m really looking forward to.”
