Charles Fenstermaker Named President of C. H. Fenstermaker & Associates, L.L.C.

Charles Fenstermaker has been named President of C. H. Fenstermaker & Associates, L.L.C. The announcement was made by Chairman and CEO Bill Fenstermaker. Charles Fenstermaker is the grandson of the company’s founder, Charles Howard Fenstermaker, Jr. who created the business in 1950 as a small surveying and mapping firm in New Iberia, LA. The company grew and diversified to include engineering, environmental consulting and advanced technology services with eight office locations in Louisiana and Texas.

Joining the family owned business in 1996, Charles Fenstermaker began his career as a Field Surveyor. Since that time, he has held several positions within the firm, giving him an in-depth perspective of all areas of the business. Mr. Fenstermaker moved on to work as a Survey Technician and later, a GIS Technician. In 2005, he was promoted to Human Resources Manager and then Director of Human Resources. In July of 2006, he was promoted to Director of Houston Operations. In 2010, he was promoted to Assistant to the President. In July of 2012, he was named Director of Administrative Operations. In 2013, he was named Assistant Chief Financial Officer and in 2016 he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2000, Mr. Fenstermaker continued his education by graduating in ULL’s Master of Business Administration Program in 2002.
