Luke Hebert’s experience consists of engineering design, planning, and project management. During his career, he has designed various roadway types (i.e. local, collector, arterial, and freeway), surface and sub-surface drainage systems, interchanges, roundabouts, standard intersections, utility relocations, and various site developments. Most recently, he served as the Project manager for the I-49 Design Build project, overseeing the design and construction work of five sub-consulting engineering firms. Mr. Hebert also serves as the City Engineer of Carencro and is responsible for supervising his team for a variety of tasks and projects for the City. His primary responsibilities include roadway design, drainage design, utility coordination, and plan review. Through Mr. Hebert’s efforts, many improvements have been made to the City with roadway improvements, the construction of lift stations, the building of water treatment plants, and the conducting of design reviews.
