Hannah Link, PHR, SHRM-CP

Director Of Administration

Hannah Link, PHR, SHRM-CP, began her professional career in Human Resources in 2008 after graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In 2011, she earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and became part of the Fenstermaker team as an HR Generalist. She performed various human resource activities related to onboarding, employment, labor relations and employee benefits. Hannah proceeded to earn her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation in 2015. Promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager in September 2019, Hannah took responsibility for all facets of the recruitment process throughout the organization. In this critical role, she worked closely with supervisors to hire the best possible talent and ensure a good fit with the company’s objectives, culture, brand and values. In June of 2020, Hannah was promoted to HR Manager, overseeing all HR operations, employee relations, culture development, and talent acquisition.

In March of 2023, Hannah was promoted to Director of Administration, continuing to oversee all HR operations and talent acquisition while also taking directorship over Fenstermaker’s safety program and proposals task force.
