As a Senior Environmental and State Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Mr. Guidry has experience with a great number of project types. He has performed and managed Phase I Environmental SiteAssessments and Natural Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) surveys for oil and gas, commercial and real estate development clients. Mr. Guidry has created Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) manuals and inspections for construction and existing industrial sites as required by the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit for Industrial Activities. Mr. Guidry manages general environmental compliance and permitting issues and Wetland Delineations and Wetland Permitting. He has initiated Wetland Mitigation Bank constructions and approvals which offset wetland impacts as a result of wetland permits that are issued by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Natural Resources Coastal Management Division.
Mr. Guidry also currently serves as a regulatory consulting agent for oil and gas operators doing business in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi assisting with permits to drill, unitizations, commingling reports, and the remaining multitude of regulatory requirements. He works diligently with clients, operators, and regulatory agencies to ensure that all projects run effectively and efficiently – safely, on time, and on budget. He also mentors and supervises other regulatory personnel to ensure that regulatory needs are met.
