Angelle Guilbeau

Chief Administrative Officer

Angelle Guilbeau serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at C. H. Fenstermaker & Associates, L.L.C., marking a significant milestone as the first female executive in the company’s history. Angelle joined Fenstermaker in 2020 as Risk Manager and was promoted to Director of Risk Management and Compliance in 2021. In her current role as CAO, she oversees all administrative functions of the company, including Accounting, IT, Human Resources, Safety, Contracts, Facilities and Risk Management.

Under her leadership, she has implemented key initiatives such as the formation of Fenstermaker’s first dedicated contracts team, restructured the proposal team to increase project success rates, and enhanced the company’s focus on safety through training and incentive programs.

Prior to joining Fenstermaker, Angelle built a robust career in the energy sector, holding pivotal roles at Talos Energy and Stone Energy. At Talos Energy, she was responsible for managing treasury and risk across the company’s portfolio, including overseeing corporate insurance and bond programs for large-scale offshore operations. Her time at Stone Energy involved similar responsibilities, where she also played a crucial role in implementing risk mitigation strategies for complex projects. Her experience in high-stakes environments provided her with a solid foundation in risk management and compliance, which she has effectively applied to her leadership roles at Fenstermaker.
