Andrew Titcomb, RPLS
Director, Advanced Technologies-Houston
Andrew Titcomb is a Director in Advanced Technologies for Fenstermaker. He is responsible for business development, project management, and supervisory duties in the Houston office. His focus is in petrochemical and power-generation service sectors. With surveying experience since 2002 in addition to his responsibilities outlined above, Mr. Titcomb has served as manager of as-built laser scanning operations and other 3D survey-related tasks. He has been instrumental in managing our survey operations within the plants in which we have provided and are providing construction survey support to include laser scanning, dimensional control surveys, aerial photogrammetry, utility location, GPR, topographic and boundary surveys, plant monumentation, and site-control network surveys.
