Danielle McMath, PLS

Director, E&P Lafayette

Danielle McMath joined Fenstermaker as a Survey Technician in 1997. After graduating in 1996 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (currently, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette) with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology, Danielle began working with the Lafayette Survey team shortly after. Since becoming a Survey Manager in 2006, Danielle has been recognized as an effective project manager, dedicated leader, and exceptional client contact. While transitioning from a technician to manager, Danielle attended T. H. Harris Technical School in 2009 to complete 30 hours of surveying classes for licensure in Louisiana and became a Land Surveying Intern (LSI) in 2010. She is proud to have managed and worked with one of Fenstermaker’s largest clients, and for the past 10 years and has enjoyed the chance to work in Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, and Ohio on major projects involving well locations, unit surveys, and pipelines. In 2022, Danielle earned her PLS in the state of Louisiana and became one of only 10 women in the state currently holding a license as a surveyor.

Danielle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1996. Over the course of a 25-year career with Fenstermaker & Associates, Danielle has worked her way through the ranks, currently lending her expertise and mentoring mindset to the role of Director, E&P for the Lafayette office.

PERSONAL LIFE

Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, including two grown daughters, the youngest of whom has just begun college. Now that Danielle has ushered both of her children into adulthood, she has refocused attention on her career goals and continuing to challenge herself professionally.
