R.J. Boutte, Jr.

Senior Vice President

A vital leader of the company, R.J. Boutte has been with Fenstermaker since 1972. As Senior Vice President of Fenstermaker, Mr. Boutte oversees quality and safety programs for the corporation, working closely with all management teams.

As former Sr. Vice President of Operations, he directed, administered, and coordinated our daily activities to support the policies, goals, and corporate vision established by our CEO and President. He was responsible for the development, production, promotion, and financial forecasting of the company’s products and services. R.J. ensured that all operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations. He developed and maintained both short-range and long-term plans and budgets based on our growth objectives. His leadership has effectively maximized resources and the timely delivery of project objectives.

During his tenure, Mr. Boutte has contributed substantially in the formulation of our Safety and Quality Control Programs. Under his direction, safety standards were elevated to notable levels. Quality control was established to improve the company’s overall performance and enhance customer satisfaction. As a result of Mr. Boutte’s effectual management, we have experienced tremendous growth in size, expertise, and revenue.
