Angelle Guilbeau Steps Into Chief Administrative Officer Role

In an historic move for C. H. Fenstermaker & Associates, LLC, we welcome our first female executive in the history of the company. Angelle Guilbeau, Director of Risk Management and Compliance, has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer.

Angelle joined the Fenstermaker family in 2020 as Risk Manager and quickly became an integral part of the team, bringing a fresh perspective and 18 years of experience to her work. Just a year later, Angelle’s hard work saw her promoted to Director of Risk Management and Compliance, where she oversaw contract negotiations, proposals, professional liability, property insurance, quality and safety. Some of her notable accomplishments as Director include:

• Helping to build Fenstermaker’s first dedicated contracts team, allowing them to be more proactive about claims mitigation, accident safety, and contract management.
• Rebuilding the proposal team. This new team structure increased the number of qualification-based proposals submitted fivefold, increasing the success rate by 15%.
• Contributing to an Increased focus on safety training, observation analysis, and the introduction of incentivized bonuses for consistent safety across the organization.

“While serving as our corporate risk manager, Angelle successfully revamped our proposal and contracting processes, implemented a new company-wide safety program, and repositioned our insurance programs to better fit our needs. Angelle points to the team around her as being instrumental in creating the smooth flow into her new role that she has already experienced over the past month as she transitions. She’s looking forward to diving into new areas of knowledge (like IT), and continuing to hold employee advocacy as her highest goal, saying,

“Learning how we do things and then implementing processes that create efficiency for the betterment of our entire organization is my major focus as I move into this new role.”
