Fenstermaker Welcomes Senior Engineer, Ian Trahan, P.E., to the Team

We’re pleased to announce Ian Trahan, P.E., as a new member of the Fenstermaker Engineering Team! Ian has 24 years of engineering experience with a diverse portfolio gained throughout his career. Before joining Fenstermaker, Mr. Trahan was the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) Program Manager for DOTD’s participation in the Louisiana Watershed Initiative (LWI). Mr. Trahan oversaw the DOTD/LWI Statewide Modeling Program and served as a Project Manager for four of seven modeling teams across the entire State of Louisiana.

Vice President of Engineering, Raymond Reaux, P.E., stated, “As our Engineering team continues to grow, so does the wealth of knowledge and experience each new team member brings with them. Ian is a prime example of this, having over two decades of engineering expertise in a wide array of applications—Roadway Design, Hydraulic/Hydrologic Design and Analysis, Construction Management, Stormwater Management and Planning, just to name a few. I am very excited to welcome Ian to the Fenstermaker family and I look forward to the wisdom he is certain to instill in our team!”

Ian is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He enjoys traveling abroad, exercise, shooting sports (skeet, trap, and sporting clays), landscaping, camping, hiking, saltwater fishing, and most of all—spending time with his family!
