Rawley Webber Named Engineering Market Leader

C. H. Fenstermaker & Associates, L.L.C., is pleased to announce the addition of Rawley Webber, M.B.A., as the firm’s Engineering Market Leader. In this newly created position, Mr. Webber will lead business development efforts for the firm’s engineering division. Working with Fenstermaker’s directors and operations leaders, he will develop and manage client relationships throughout the state of Louisiana.

Since 2016, Mr. Webber served as Project Manager and Senior Business Development Manager for Louisiana Economic Development. In these roles, Mr. Webber helped to create jobs that boosted state revenue, was responsible for managing complex projects, and generated business leads by raising awareness of the Louisiana Economic Development mission.

Mr. Webber is a graduate of Texas A & M University-Corpus Christi with a Master of Business Administration degree. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Louisiana State University.
