Danielle McMath Promoted to Lafayette E&P Director

Danielle McMath has been promoted to Director of Exploration & Production. In her new role, Mrs. McMath will encompass all things E&P as it relates to coordinating with Business Development, employee relations and training, client relations, and coordination with other divisions within Fenstermaker.

Mrs. McMath will be mentoring new team members to help them grow in the surveying profession as well as working with management. “It’s almost 23 years that I have been with Fenstermaker. I am very fortunate that I was able to learn from some of the best surveyors around,” she said after accepting the new position. “We have several tenured employees in the survey department, so it is my goal in this Director’s role to use their experience to help mentor our new team members and help them grow in the survey profession.  I also look forward to working with management on Charles’ new vision for the company going into the future.”
