Aimee Latiolais, P.E., a member of the Lafayette engineering team since September 2015, has earned the designation of Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana. Mrs. Latiolais fulfilled the required 4 years of work experience under a licensed engineer and passed her P.E. exam to achieve this career milestone. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Mrs. Latiolais received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2014. During her time at Fenstermaker she has gained valuable experience in various areas of engineering.
Mrs. Latiolais has worked on a wide variety of engineering projects including utility design, analysis of hydraulic systems, site design, and roadway design for various projects. Engineering Director, Dax Douet, P.E., stated, “I would like to congratulate Mrs. Latiolais on this great career milestone achievement. Mrs. Latiolais brings to us a solid technical background and will be a great asset to our professional team of engineers. I look forward to her contributions to not only Fenstermaker, but also to the clients we serve.”
Mrs. Latiolais has assisted primarily with civil design projects for a wide variety of clients including Lafayette Consolidated Government, Acadiana Planning Commission, and the City of Natchitoches. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Society.
