Selected by the Parish of Ascension, Fenstermaker will provide services in response to the Baton Rouge Urbanized Area Metropolitan Planning Organization’s (MPO) call for projects eligible for Surface Transportation Program (STP)>200k funds. Fenstermaker will prepare multiple submittal packages that follow the requirements of the detailed Project Selection Process for various projects throughout the parish. Fenstermaker’s experience in providing LA DOTD Stage 0 studies is crucial to the project’s operations. The Parish is preparing a list of preservation and intersection projects, and Fenstermaker will assess whether the project can be categorized as “System Preservation” or “Safety and Others.”
